We build EnergyStar homes, and have had our homes tested by a licensed Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Inspector. We do custom homes and remodels using high quality products.

Commercial Construction:

For many reasons, building owners are upgrading their buildings and commercial areas and Prouty's is here to help. With many of the technology upgrades and environment friendly restrictions being placed upon building owners these days, sometimes remodeling is a must. If building new, we would like you to consider using an ICF Product.

Concrete:

Prouty Construction is able to handle all of your concrete needs from your foundation to your flatwork

Foundations:

We use ICF's for our foundations, we which we believe to be the best foundation available today, and the Platon Water Proofing System on the exterior of our foundations.

Flatwork:

Basement floors, Garage floors, Slabs on grade, as well as other interior and exterior concrete surfaces
